About me…

A healthy lifestyle begins with a healthy body that needs healthy exercise and a properly balanced diet. As your fitness trainer, I will help you identify and set your fitness goals correctly, eliminate any imbalances and design a training program that will suit your needs and guide you through each workout.

 

For several years now, I have been helping clients change their appearance and approach to sports, especially exercise, so that their movement is not only effective but also healthy. I have a lot of experience through continuous education in the field of sports and nutrition, which I am happy to share with you. I have been involved in sports since childhood, fitness as such for 15 years. My advantage is the complexity in sports, so I have a sports edge outside the fitness center and I can advise clients in other sports areas, especially in setting the optimal balance of more sports activities along with fitness. My experience and lifelong approach to health and fitness may inspire you to join me on this journey that will change your life, mind and body. I approach each client individually, according to his preferences for sports activities, so that fitness training opens up new possibilities and moves him much further on his journey than before.
