In a short...

As a coach and athlete, I try to lead my clients to a healthier lifestyle. Everyone is unique, has their strengths and limitations. My training method consists of compiling an individual training plan and menu based on your health condition, time schedule and especially your goals and wishes. My goal is then to transform your body by choosing the right training and the right healthy diet, to show you the way to your goal, which may not be drastic, especially with regard to your health. It is important to develop a healthy lifestyle that will be sustainable and fun in the long run.
